i appreciated that the room rate covered snacks, coffee, tea, an evening meal with a warm dish, salad, and soup. the breakfast offered many choices and was tasty. customer service was good, i could easily approach staff.

the room cleanliness needed improvement (i noticed dust and some areas not properly cleaned). the furnishings seemed tired, requiring an update. the supply of tea and coffee was insufficient, and milk wasn't provided for the first few days.
